Heath Lavon Smith Obituary
Heath Lavon Smith, 44, from Peoria, AZ went to heaven on November 27, 2012. He was born in New Haven, CT on April 4, 1968 to Jacqueline Smith of Peoria, AZ and Richard Snowden of New Haven , CT. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years Alishia Smith; sons: Heath Jr., Alexander and Lavon Smith; daughters: Alexis, Ariell and Arianna Smith; sisters: Darra Smith of New Haven, CT, Sheila Lewis and Sheila Bryant both of Charlotte, NC; brother Sterling Snowden of Charlotte, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a god daughter. Services for the celebration of Heath's life will be held at the Peoria Church of the Nazarene located at 7717 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria, AZ 85381.
