I just learned of Jack's passing and missed his services. I knew him since 1964 as we were both involved in drag racing and as long as I live, I will never forget his dry humor. The last time I saw him was two years ago when he was brought to our Arizona Drag Racer's Annual Reunion at the Goosic Home and everyone loved seeing him again. It was great getting to visit with an old friend. We've lost a very good friend ... see you at the races someday "China".

Dear Daer family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Although you didn't know me I went through grade school with Jack at Adams/Grace Court school. When we were in Kindergarden together. I had been called "Jack" also and when the teacher called "Jack" I would come too. She told me that I would be Jackie and he was Jack. I have pronounced my name "Jackie" ever since. It is sure sad that our generation is almost completely finished. Bless you all.
