The Measure of a man: Not - "how did he die" But - "how did he live" Not - "what did he gain" But - "what did he give" These are the units to measure the worth of a man, as a man, Regardless of birth. -Unknown author

Dear Kelly and family, I believe Jay lived well and gave much in his life in spite of his suffering, which for him, has blessedly now ended. May he rest in peace in the loving arms of his God, who will provide comfort to you until you meet again. There are so few words to offer that help to reconcile your loss...but know there are those that are holding all of you close in prayer.

I knew of Jay through Colleen. I pray that your family is finding comfort during this difficult time. I received a kidney in 2008 from one of Colleen's co workers. I wish he had been able to experience a healthy life with his new liver. God bless his donor and God bless all of you. May his memory be eternal.
