John Gabler Obituary
John R. Gabler (Jack) passed away at age 79 on September 7, 2015 at Hospice of the Valley. John was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 9, 1936. Jack moved to the Valley in 1958 to join his mother and sister who already lived here. Jack started a banking career with Valley National Bank and worked with various branches. He switched careers and entered the Real Estate field where he was on board with the Knoell family. He stayed on when Knoell became Shea Homes. After a stint with Shea, Jack moved on to Home Smart. Jack won many Sales Awards over the years. Later in his life he was very active withScottsdale Bible Church. Jack is survived by Polly Palmer, his partner
of 25 years along with his niece Barbara Hawkins, nephew Jim Todd, and brother-in-law Webb Todd. There will be no services as per Jack's request. A Memorial is planned in October.

Dear Polly -
My heart goes out to you.
Jack had a shy sense of humor, a way with words & a great joke teller, which I will miss.
But he did tell me - he was really to meet his maker.
You are in my thoughts & prayers as you take on a new role.
