Kathryn Mullen Obituary

Kathryn (Kay) Mullen, 84, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on July 2, 2004. She was born on February 13, 1920 in Flat River, Missouri, a daughter of the late VK Happy Kokorudz and Rose Stevens. She is survived by her beloved husband, Meredith (Med) of 62 years; sisters, Jenny Ryerson, Vera Lindley, and Lou Crabtree of Phoenix; preceded in death by her, brothers, Frank and John Kokorudz. Loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive her. Kay was employed with Wagner Electric in St. Louis, Missouri for 42 years and retired in 1982 upon moving to Mesa, Arizona. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at 12:00 noon at Samaritan Funeral Home, 1505 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85006. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name at The Heartland Hospice Services of Arizona, 1661 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
