11/28/1936 to 9/7/2016. Mike was a beloved husband of 37 years to Karen Beck. He was the father of Michael J. Beck, Patrick A. Beck, Kathryn Cook and Mary Beck. He had 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Mike was born in Dunkirk, New York to John and Clara Beck. He had a brother Peter Beck, all of whom are deceased. He graduated from Phoenix Union High School where he enjoyed wrestling and basketball. He had a lifelong love of all sports, including watching ASU, Cardinals and Diamondbacks and all other teams playing. He was an avid sportsman both hunting and fishing. In fact, even in his last day he talked about turkey hunting with his grandson. Mike was an electrician, like his father and opened his own company in 1981 and still was active in the business even though he relocated to Camp Verde where he loved to sit on the porch and drink his wine enjoying the birds and animals around him. He will be missed by all of his family, many friends, his business associates and all who loved him. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
