Phyllis Steinbinder Obituary
Phyllis Steinbinder (Marciante) born September 22, 1929 went to be with God on October 8, 2011. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Phyllis raised four children with love and sacrifice. Her strong faith and church involvement carried her through life's trials and tribulations. Her career occupations spanned from hair stylist to homemaker, school bus driver and fine jewelry sales. Phyllis moved to Arizona in 1994. She is survived by Martin, her husband of 60 years, and her daughters Amy Steinbinder and Bridget Chavez, son Martin Jr., granddaughter Kristina, grandson Eric, and son-in-law Raul. She is also survived by her two nieces, Mary Lou Monaco and Nikki Weisenbach of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her youngest son Eric and sister Josephine Caronite. Phyllis never met a stranger, loved to play cards, prepare Sunday family meals, travel with her family and shop with her daughters. We will celebrate her life with family and friends at The Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary on November 11th at 11am followed by a graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery. My condolonces to the family of Phyllis Steinbinder. When making an Avon delivery to Phyllis' house, I always enjoyed sitting down and visiting with her. She was the "delight of Kaler Street". She will be missed.
