Bob & Carla have always been 2 of our best and dearest friends. We were deeply saddened when Carla passed away and now we no longer have Bob so our hearts are heavy. It is so gratifying now to know that they are again together. It has been a great blessing to have known and loved them for many years. They will always be in our thoughts.

My prayers and thoughts are with your family as you grieve for your Dad. He has now joined your Mom where he has wanted to be since she left. I will always have a lot of memories of Uncle Bob. How he always had a joke to tell everyone and how I could always sit on Uncle Bob's lap and talk to him when I was just a little girl (before all the other cousins started coming)Ha! Ha! I will miss Bob as I have missed Carla, but they are both in a wonderful place and dancing with the angels now. He is reunited with Dad, Uncle Royce Uncle Herb, Grandma Ellen, and Lonnie and all of his other loved ones, laughing with each other, teasing each other and telling their crazy jokes. My love goes out to your family and as each day goes by, that all of your memories will help you heal. I loved him very much, and my love is with all of you now in this time of grief and sorrow. My prayers are with all of you today as you say your last goodbyes to your Dad, but know that they are not goodbye's, they are just see you later's. We will see him again some day when it's our turn. I love all of you very much.
Love Always,
Cousin Dor & Family

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of the Hiland family members. I will always have kind thoughts of Uncle Bob. My fondest memory was at Carla and Bob's 50th wedding anniversary when Bob and Carla danced together. You could see that after 50 years they were still "In Love". I am sure that they are now dancing together in heaven. I will miss Bob and getting 25 e-mails from him in a day. My love goes out to all of you. You are all in my thoughts and my prayers.

I will always remember Uncle Bob and his sense of humor. I feel for all of you, my cousins, and hope that the coming days will help heal.
He joins Dad at the big "Reunion" in Heaven with all our loved ones who've gone on now. God Bless your family and I pray the days ahead will be comforting as you're surrounded by family and friend.
Love you all,
Wanda

I'll always remember you Uncle Bob. I always looked forward to staying with you and Aunt Carla, "In my Room".
I'll miss you always and and I'm so grateful to you for treating me like your own family when I lived in Arizona.
If I could have a wish today, it would be to just have one more breakfast together with you and Carla. I love you both so much.
