One of my great memories of working at Honeywell was being around Ron Booker when he worked with Bob Runke on the SASOL software. Always seemed to be a lot laughter and jokes. I was fortunate enough to actually have worked with them and then had each one as a manager. I wasn't the greatest worker, but I was always treated with respect, kindness and humor. It made being at Honeywell fun. I will always be grateful for that.

Wow, seven years, it hardly seems possible. What a light in my day. He was such a spunky, sassy character. He always had a smile for me and he always made me smile....what more can you ask for? Sundays have not been the same without him. Love ya Jean....miss your face!

Ron was just like a brother to me. His sense of humor was much appreciated and during a most diificult time in my life after my wife died in a automibile wreck and I was seriously injured, Ron and Jean came to visit me every day. God could not have provided me a better friend and brother. I love you Ron.

I greatly remember Ron's sense of humor. Whether it was running into him at a Phoenix Sun's basketball game, playing golf, or leaving 10:45am worship service at Tanner Chapel AME church, we always shared laugh together. Those were good times and I shall always cherish them. Most of all, I am so appreciative of the encouragement I received from Ron and Jean.
Lovingly,

What can I say? Ron was one of my favorite guests at work...always had a bright mischievous smile and we shared the same sense of humor. Jean and I would gang up on him, but somehow he always had something to say and would inevitably get the best of us. He always brought a smile to my day at work. I will miss his contageous humor and joy!

I did not know Mr. Booker well, only in passing as I arrived to 10:45 services at Tanner. He was always asking about my work at ASU and letting me know that he was keeping his eye on me. A seemingly gentle spirt and all-around nice guy. I already miss his presence sitting on the Tanner middle section, back pew. May you all be blessed with the fondest memories of your best times together.

Jean, Brian, and Angela, please know that my heart is saddened because of Ron's passing; he was my friend. I know God will give you the needed strength to carry on; just ask Him. Ron and I were Trustees together for many years, and I respected him as a Child of God, a man, a friend, and a role model. The World was a better place because of him, his job was a better place because of him, and people could see God in him. So long, my friend, until we meet again. God Bless You...

Ron Booker was a great friend and a cool head! What a wonderful light he was in the years I knew him at Honeywell. Upbeat, great sense of humor - he'd always say "keeping a low profile!" The world is truly a better place because Ron Booker shared his light with so many... loved by all!

I had the great privilege to work with Ron at Honeywell as his secretary. He was always happy and smiling and the definition of a good guy. I ran into him after we both were gone from Honeywell and I told him how much I enjoyed working with him. He still was smiling and just had a way of making you feel special. How lucky his family was to have experienced that daily. I cannot imagine the pain of losing him. May the memories you made and the love he gave you sustain you through this difficult time.

Uncle Ron, I will miss you terribly. You are one of the greatest father figures I've had in my life and you are the main reason why I wanted to become a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. I always admired you because you put family above everything. I loved watching you dance with Aunt Jean at the yearly Christmas Eve celebrations and laugh with Brian and Angela. You were the essence of a family man and I hope I can live up to the example that you have set for me. God Bless you and all of the Booker family.
