You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for you and your family during this challenging time and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again. (John 17:3)

Ronald, I am surprise by your departure, it was so sudden. I thought as a baby boomer we would continue and grow old gracefully, guess it wasn't mean to be. I still can't believe you are gone, I expect you to be coming around the corner looking for me so I could give you a ride home from the hospital or go out to eat lunch. I ve had many happy times with you laughing, joking. Who am I going to disagree with on various issues and laugh about it later? Who can can I call on a Saturday morning and hit Good Egg with? Who can I relate the craziness of my life with and not be judge. You had a great life living in San Francisco in the seventies and eighties. You saw so much and did a lot of things that many of us didn't have a chance to do. I am so happy that you had a fulfilled life as you touch many people with your great personality and your Spirit will continue to live through your friends and family, You absent will be felt by many... your Friend George....

My condolences to Ron's family and to his many friends. I can't emphasize how important and special Ron has been to me all these years. Our many years in San Francisco will remain as cherished memories that will nourish me forever. I know this is a temporary separation and I know he will remain close but non the less I will miss him tremendously. I don't think my life would have been the same if I hadn't known and loved Ron. He will be deeply missed.
