Thinking of you & yet another year has passed & I am still missing you. I still see you name everywhere I drive: on street signs on tv shows & a huge sign on the back of the truck saying THOMAS. Last night on tv it was Tommy, that´s what I used to called you. I want to thank everyone for your kind words about Tommy & whoever is keeping his memory alive. Thank you. Tom was always kind to me being his little sister, he used to allow me to drive his 73´ royal blue Nova to Mesa High school in the morning, then I would drive back to pick him up for his late senior architect class. Yes he was already drawing up numerous blue prints in high school. Insanely talented. With love Julie Lamm xo

Close to my ❤, still missing you, thinking of you. I’m sure they are keeping you busy up there with your super handy skills. I see your name everywhere I go, therefore that must be a sign. Tom taught me how to play racket ball, It took me with all my force to try and beat him...I don’t think I ever did. We played a mean game, he would tell me to stop picking up the ball, and just hit it. Love you ...come and visit ♀ Love lil sister Julie Lamm

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

I lived with Tom for two years during the early 1980’s. He was the best roommate and friend I had then. He was always there with a friendly smile. Though we drifted apart after I left Phoenix, I will always remember him.

I want you to know how badly I wanted to be there today! Tom and I became friends quickly and easily. He made it easy with the comfortable, caring and gentle way about him. I will cherish my memories of our conversations and our time together. He will continue to live in my heart forever. To the Lamm family, words can not express my sorrow. I pray you find comfort in all those who loved Tom, now and in the days ahead. As well as from the love of each other. And that all your precious memories give you strength to get you through this terrible time. You will continue to remain in all my thoughts and prayers. I miss you Kath! God Bless all of you.

I will always treasure the happy memories of family "get-togethers" with Tom and the rest of our families. Tom always had great stories to tell about his adventures - especially his sky diving!

My favorite memory of your Brother Tom was when he always tried to keep his dog out my living room, and that dog listen to. Tom was a good friend of ours. Just to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Let his good memories play over and over again in your heart.
He will always be rememebered.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And, that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. You will continue to live in our hearts forever. Rest in peace my dear friend.
