William Moore Obituary
74, of Phoenix, Arizona, has gone on a journey to join his mother, Ruth; father, Joe; and brothers, Bob and Joe Joe. His passions were fishing, hunting and the great outdoors. Bill belonged to the Local South Phoenix Moose Lodge, where he loved to play "Mexican Train", and was a member of the IBEW Local 769 for 46 years. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Bill is survived by his children, Terri Lynn & Kathy Renee Moore; long time companion, Rose Rogers, grandchildren, Justin Moore, Brian & Ashley Goodman, and Taylor Shore; great granddaughter, Aliyah Torres; aunt, Dot Wilkenson; the Bob and Barbara Moore family, Ralph, Diane, Lisa, Bob, Ann, Tyler, Joey, Matthew, Jeffery, Jenny, Erv, Jackie, Missy, & Andy; & ex-wife, George Ann Moore. A "Celebration of Life" will take place at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, 717 West Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ. A Gathering for family and friends will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc., (602) 276-3601.

Bill and I were friends from the fourth grade all the way through high school. I played baseball with him at Phoenix South Mountain for three great years. He was a great shortstop and had an arm like a rocket launcher. I admired his skill and determination to win.

through school. We always seemed to be
trying for the same position on the same team at the same time.I considered
he and brother Bob two of my closest
friends in our "growing up" years.
He will be missed by his legion of friends.
