Jim was born in Santa Maria, California on October 16, 1956 to his parents James and Melba. He went to be with the Lord on August 15, 2016.
Jim is survived by his wife Kelly Harbin Truelove, brother Ed Truelove and wife Louanne, sisters Lori Truelove, Sandy Swenson and husband Randy, and Karen Bird and husband Virgil, children Jessica Truelove and Travis Truelove, step-sons Ian Haywood and his wife Stephany, Sean Haywood and his wife Calista; grandchildren Jamie, Jacob, Jason, Sydney, Scarlett, Travis Jr., and Victoria; Aunt Brenda Brooks, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and co-workers.
Services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
