Billy was a childhood friend. He and his 2 sisters, Debbie and Tammy, all played together . We would be at his grandma's house or in our front yards. We were all usually in trouble. I remember him as kind, loving, caring and, a prankster. We all argued like siblings. All of our lives were difficult in one way or another. The last time I saw Billy was at my dad's funeral. It was so thoughtful of him to be there for us. He looked like the little boy I remembered so fondly of. I will carry him in my heart and memories. God Speed Billy.

I first got to know Billygoat from Oildale Tire. Hard worker and strong as can be. Then he changed to trucks and cranes and we worked together a lot Always smiling and fun to be around. He once told a story from Oildale tire about the guys always taking Joan´s scissors. She then bought 2 pairs of scissors one pink and one blue. Imitating her voice he said "pink is for girls and blue is for boys". Problem solved. Bill was my friend and I will always remember him.
