Jack and I were friends for 68 years. We both graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 1953. Thereafter, both of us studied engineering at Lehigh University. We both became brothers of, and lived in the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity house. My wife Ellen and I arranged a "blind date" for Jack with Diane Deland (she was a high school and college friend of Ellen). Jack left Lehigh to study law in Baltimore. There, he and Diane married and started their family. Jack nd I lost touch with each other after Diane's death and his move to the Lancaster area. He was a good friend and will be missed by all.
