Kathleen Helme Obituary

Kathleen S. Helme, known affectionately as Kathy, passed away on November 17, 2024, in Wayzata, Minnesota, at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn. Born on August 20, 1937, in Cleveland, Ohio, Kathy lived a life marked by kindness and a giving spirit. She is survived by her children Brian Helme and Rhonda Anderson, Neil Helme and Kathleen Kane, and Mark Helme and Portia Reynolds Helme. Kathy was a devoted grandmother to Morgan, Margaret, Samantha Helme and Caressa Givens, Glenn Helme and Rahi Patel, Natasha, and Ridley Helme. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, and dozens of lifelong friends.

A service to honor and celebrate Kathy's life will be held at Christian Temple, located at 5820 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD, on May 10, 2025. Please join us on that day as we remember Kathy and all that she has meant to us.

Kathy's life was a testament to the power of love. Her warmth and compassion touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on the world. She will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family and friends, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
