My deepest sympathy to Kim and others in Keith's family. When I heard the news I was shocked and speechless. I was flooded with memories of Keith.
In 1996, Keith was the first to interview me. I worked with him for almost 6 years. He was a great teacher. He taught me how to see the bigger picture and be more efficient. When I was going on short term disability, he was the first who e-mailed me, concerned about my health. He was the first to welcome me back to work. The last e-mail I got from him was when I told him that I could not attend his farewell . He wrote back : "Marjan, No problem. Thanks for the kind words. I hope you feel better soon". He was a very kind person and I will miss him deeply. Keith touched everyone heart and I am lucky that I knew him.

To Keith's family...please accept my deepest sympathy on Keith's early departure. Knowing how he was and how he offered his kindness to people around him, I am certain that he will be in good hands.
Having worked with him over the year, I always saw a person of dedication, subtle humor and one who always had time to listen to others.
Being on the other side of the world in the Hughes Middle East office--and due to the time difference--I could always find Keith in his office at the early hours of morning to discuss work...a professional to the nth degree.
May God bless and give his family the patience through this very difficult time.

I have know Keith for many years here at HNS. We first met on the golf course and then later I had the pleasure working with him on the SAP project. He was my right hand man when it came to finance and helping me manage the project budget.
I had the pleasure of playing golf with him in June at Whiskey Creek in a company golf outing. He was in my foursome along with John Harkawik and Chuck McClain. I was always impressed with his intensity on the golf course and how far he good hit his irons.
Beside being able to call him my friend, he was a great person. Never could I recall him speaking badly of anyone, even under stress and there is alot of stress at HNS. He was always a professional and gentle giant. I will miss him greatly. My thoughts are with him and his family.

My deepest condolences to his entire family. I've worked with him for six years. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He always showed the utmost in professionalism and cool-headedness in the sometimes high-stress situations at work. At other times, whether grabbing some lunch or the few times I ran with him before work, he was a really cool and laid-back guy.
From these aspects of him that I knew, I have no doubt that he was an awesome son, uncle, brother, son-in-law, husband, and friend to those close to him. This was WAY WAY WAY too early to have a guy like this leave us. I will certainly miss him, as will so many others.
