Dear Kunisch family,

My first job out of college was with Homequity, pioneer of the employee relocation industry, shortly after Bob was promoted to its president at the age of 35. It was a small company then (only one office), and under Bob's leadership it became a very big one. His subsequent rise to the top job at PHH and numerous board seats were a testament to his capabilities and character.

All these years later, I still remember "RDK" as the first of very few "servant leaders" I worked with in my 45-year career. He trusted and listened to his team, and demonstrated by his actions that he cared about us. He sparked a great deal of inspiration and motivation in me at a young age, for which I remain very grateful.

Although a business giant has left this world, Bob Kunisch has made a great addition to heaven. May memories of your best times with him be your comfort in the days and years ahead.
