Robert Leuschner Obituary

LEUSCHNER, Robert T. On Friday, October 28, 2005, at his home, ROBERT T. LEUSCHNER, 54, of Salisbury. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Robert A. Leuschner and the late Vivian Hathaway Leuschner. Mr. Leuschner was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Denise Leuschner; daughters, Kelley A. Leuschner and Stacey L. Bertrand and her husband, Reed all of Salisbury; sister, Cindy Majors, of Sharptown; sister-in-law, Pamela Jerosimich and her husband, Eli of Ocean Pines; and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Kitchner. A Funeral Service will be held, Thursday, November 3, 2005, at 8 P.M. at Holloway Funeral Home. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8 P.M. The Rev. Mark Billiter will offciate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to American Cancer Society, PO Box 163, Salisbury, MD 21802 or Coastal Hospice, PO Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802 or Gateway Church of Christ, 25845 Ocean Gateway, Mardela Springs, MD 21837. I served under him on the USS Enterprise. A great skipper who straightened out a very messed up ship (drugs) and made us the best. His navigator & training officer ruined his career. I was proud to serve with him.
