On Tuesday, friends may call VAUGHN C. GREENE FUNERAL SERVICES, 5151 Baltimore Nat'l Pike (West), from 4-8 PM. On Wednesday, Ms. Yawn will lie instate at City of Hope Church, 9033 Red Branch Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30-11 AM with services to follow. Inquiries to (410) 233-2400.

Your Spirit* soo last night around 12:40 am I noticed your spirit in my room. It seems you really wanted to get my attention and you did. (Only you could do that). I remember when I dreamnt of you and I asked how would I know your ok? You said you would blow through the air on me. Wow this really came true. Your letting me know your Ok feels scary but also comforting. Bootsy decided to sleep with your pillow pet tonight..now I know that's a sign b/c she will not move from the bed nor let go of your pillow. I am convinced that you are watching over us. Just Because- You were so special to me there is nothing that can take away those dear sweet memories. Today I just decided to write to you because I miss you so, plus it's Monday when God decided took take you home! You showed up in my dream again over the weekend and that makes three times you have showed your presence since you've been gone. "Just a thought" Every second, every minute, every hour I think of you. There is no day or time you don't cross my mind because our love was so true. Only God knows the answer to why He took you! Perhaps He needed you more than us because on earth your hard work paid off and He wanted and angel like you. Your spirit can last forever and memories can too, but there is no greater happiness like being next to you. As I saw your life transition into a more beautiful being, even nature knows your existence as the plants grow more green. Seeing that bunny rabbit and lady bug just gave more confirmation that you are sending good luck my way and is watching over Bootsy and I daily. I am still waiting on that one dream where you appear to be free, pretty soon my dark days will become sunshine constantly. We are deeply saddened by this loss. Ms. Robin was such a caring teacher who always had the best interest of the child in her mind. I always knew that my children would be challenged, supported and loved when she was with them. We feel as if we lost a family member, as she has been with us for the last 5 years. My condolences go out the Yawn family and to Columbia Academy, as there will never be another one like her!
