I am so sad to hear of Sean´s passing. I remember him as a little boy who used to accompany his Dad to our home. Though I haven´t seen him since I moved away in the late 60´s I have fond memories of him, as I do of the entire O´Keefe family. I only wish I had known if his passing at the time, so I could have paid my respects to his dear family.

Sean, was my Best Friend's Older Brother and some-times partner in crime when I got out of the Navy way back in 1984 to come back to Baltimore and live with my Grandmother and go to college. He was a funny, witty, mischievous scoundrel who always brought a smile and a laugh to everyone around. Often the life of the party, and one of the reasons we got into trouble with Mr. & Mrs. O'Keefe with some regularity. He became a friend, and a more than willing participant in a great many pranks and excursions we all took part in through the years.
Sean and his family invited me into their family all of the years ago, somewhat adopting me, and ultimately helping Eddie and I grow up, more often than not by doing the opposite of what Sean was doing at the time :)
I have been a friend of the O'Keefe family for over 30 years now, and with a heavy heart am saddened to have to say goodbye to Sean who I saw for the last time in February of this year. I know that as the years pass, we do not get to see each other as much as we would have liked, but every time we did, it was like yesterday when we last saw each other.
I know that Sean, Will and Ottolee are together now and smiling down on us :) He will be missed, and we have many good & funny stories to tell of his life and adventures to those who want to listen to the half-truths/lies and tall tales of a Man who did have a storied life and meant a great deal to many people.

When I was young I remember Sean as a ball of fire and alot of fun. When I was really little I remember watching MTV with him and rocking out to the Eurythimics, Cyndi Lauper and Starship while he gave his many girlfriends a hard time on the phone lol. He always tried to make things fun like when he would dress up as a ghost buster with a vacuum cleaner for halloween. And when Erica and I were a little older he would talk to us about whatever we would want to talk about unlike other adults and help us get into trouble. So I hope the good times are rolling for you again cousin. Say hi to Frankie for me.
