Terrific friend and joy to be around. My wife Helen and I met Tom through Capt. Bill at Harbor East Marina. The Capt. Tom and I made a couple trips together down to Smith Island. Tom seemed to know everything about everywhere if it had anything to do with Baltimore´s history. Such an interesting guy. To prove it we have two of his CD´s and a book. It was a pleasure and an honor to know him.

I have a few of his excellent photographs. We would have very pleasant chats at St Leo's festivals during which he hung framed photos. Surely the local Italian community will miss him.

Tom was a true gentleman. Met him and his lovely wife at Crescent Yacht Club nearly 35 years ago. A loss for many. An amazing and talented photographer, he was blessed with an awesome "Photo Eye"!!!

My sincere condolences to the entire Scilipoti family. I will always remember Thomas as a great photographer of Baltimore's history. His work is timeless. I often look at the video of his works that I received from Mario when I worked at Perryville. Thomas captured the true history of Baltimore in his photographic works. Rest in Peace Thomas. Your photographic works will live on forever.

Tom photographed my wedding 55+ years ago. Our families were wonderful friends. My album is only one of many to his credit. My sister Regina was a friend of Maria and Diane. Ms. Connie's mom and my mom shared back yards. So many nice memories! I send my sympathy to his family.

Tom
I have many fond memories of times we spent together, in particular when I was a tradesman starting out, working and repairing your photo lab on Eastern Ave on weekends in my spare time. Never seemed like work as you were a joy to be around, with a great sense of humor. Sadly I will miss the visitation as I will be out of the country. you will forever be in my heart and prayers as will Aunt Babe, God Bless you a great devoted family man. My best for your family .

I met Mr. Tom when I was very young, going to Harbor East Marina with my dad Capt Bill Flohr. He was one of my dads good friends (my dad passed away in 2019). My dad would always talk about what a wonderful photographer Mr. Tom was, and I loved looking at his photos from the time I was little to the photos my dad still had in his house when he passed. Mr. Tom was a staple character during my marina visits my entire life. I remember him very fondly. He was always so kind, gentle, and caring to me and a wonderful friend to my dad. I appreciate him deeply for that. So very sorry to hear of his passing and sending my condolences to his family.

Mr. Tom you will be missed. I can remember going to Holy Rosary school. Mr. Tom gave me a part-time job making photo proofs and showed me around his photo studio. He was my mentor and got me started in my successful wedding photo business. I've know Mr. Tom and Mrs. Connie for a very long time. Rest in peace Mr. Tom. -Ronald and Janet Pellegrini
