Robert Cisowski Obituary
He was born Aug. 3, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Nicholas and Jennie Wood Cisowski. He married his wife of 54 years, Marilyn Pavlicek on Oct. 7, 1967 in Lisle, Illinois. Robert worked as a technician for AT&T for 31 years and then operated and owned Bob's Lock-N-Key in Midway, Arkansas. Robert was a proud U.S. Marine veteran of two tours in Vietnam.
He lived in Midway since 1999 moving from Mackinaw, Illinois. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ozark Post 3246, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3183, Twin Lake Marines and the locksmithing organizations ALOA and Safe and Vault Technology. He enjoyed bingo, casinos, fishing, bowling and piddling in the garage doing who knows what.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marilyn Cisowski of Midway, Arkansas; daughters Suzie (Bruce) Brown of Mackinaw, Illinois and Cheryl "Sunny" (Jared Krsak) Riley of Hometown, Illinois and grandchildren Alex West of Jerseyville, Illinois and Justin (Sarah) Brown of Eureka, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, police officer Robin Vogel and grandchild, Matthew Brown.
Family services will be private.
Memorials may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ozark Post 3246.
