Celebration of Life service will be held on July 21, 2018 at Mt. Olive AME Church, Lambs Meadows Road, Worton, Md. at 12 p.m. Viewing will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be at Asbury UM Church Cemetery, Chestertown. Professional services entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Chestertown, Md.

Mr.Rochester even though he wasn't born in butlertown his home was butlertown. Always encouraging us .never leaving the celestials out there on there. Own I will always be Greatful to God for allowing Mr Rochester to be apart of the lives of the people of MT.OLIVE AME of Butlertown.

Mr. Rochester was a wonderful person to know..I come to know him many years ago. as a member of MT. Olive church he was our musician as we became the clesterals of Butlertown under the leadership of Reveren John T Chambers n Reveren Helen Butler.another solder has gone home.
