We must remember, especially at this time of year, the joy “Santa Chuck” and Mrs. Claus (Darleen) brought to so many families. For many years they worked through the sheriff’s dept. spreading happiness and their own special charm to children throughout the county. This continued even after Chuck suffered his stroke. I found them visiting local doctor’s offices, bringing their ever constant smiles to all.

The Page family lived down the road from us for many years. Our lives crossed many different paths. My fondest memory of Chuck goes back to the years he visited my parents home as Santa on Christmas Eve. Wonderful memories for our family.

I am so sorry to even think that we have lost three of the Page family members within a year. We all from the Bellingham First Christian Church are sure to miss all of them. They have been very long time members and certainly were appreciated for all that they have done to help our community. Absolutely were doers in our church and always contributed so very much. My condolences to Connie as I know she will miss them all. Jody you have certainly been helpful in oh so many ways. Bless you both and I am so thankful for all that your family has done in our church!!!! Sandy Grant--Bellingham, WA
