Val - I just googled you to find your email or work # and found this entry about the passing of your father. I am sorry for your loss and my condolences to your family. My dad is also a WW II former pilot and hanging in there at 88. These guys are such treasures.

Our hearts go out to Dale's wife, daughter and granddaughters. While I never had the pleasure of meeting Dale, his granddaughter Monica works for me, and as she is a wonderful person, my guess is that she got much of that from her grandfather.
