To the family of Eliza Hearn..... Eliza was a dear friend of my mother's from when they first met and worked together at American Airlines. I remember her well and she attended my wedding and also came to my mother's funeral in 1988 in West Hartford, CT. We stayed in touch for many years after my mother passed. She was so dear, beautiful and I always have remembered her very distinctive voice. Through the years after leaving CT, I lost touch and would occasionally google her to see if I might find her again. I did that today and this is when I found her obituary. Please know how much she touched our whole family in such a loving way. It was a privilege to have known her. Love and peace ~ Sarah

I have known Miss Hearn since junior high school, high school. I would see her at St. Teresa Church as I got older. This woman was remarkable. She not only was an excellent teacher, but a true friend to all of her students. She will be missed.

I was fortunate to have worked at PineHill Assisted Living while Liz was a resident there. She was a joy to be around and a real pleasure to converse with. I will treasure the time I spent with her and will never forget how much she meant to me!
