Rodney Record Obituary

Rodney E. Record, 48, of Pittsfield, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017. Born in North Adams on June 22, 1969, the son of Edwin and Consuella (Dwyer) Record, he attended local schools.

Rodney had a love for the outdoors; he enjoyed fishing and the ocean. He was also an avid sports fan, and enjoyed cheering on the Red Sox and the Patriots.

Rodney is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Pasternak of North Adams, his 2 children, Christopher and Catherine Record of North Adams, and his siblings, Catherine (Paul) Tanner of Cheshire, Patricia (Drew) Demarsico of Pittsfield, William (Orion) Dwyer of Laurel, MD, and Ronald (Julia) Spencer of Baltimore, MD. He also leaves behind 2 grandchildren, Nicholas and Nina Record, and several nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, and one great grand nephew.

FUNERAL NOTICE: There will be no formal services for Rodney E. Record.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Berkshire Humane Society, in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
