Matthew Chartier Obituary
Matt was born on January 30, 1997, in Billings, Montana, where he spent his childhood growing up with his family, creating memories that would last a lifetime. From riding bikes and swimming to late-night scary movies and sneaking out to play in the toy room, his fun spirit shined through.
He is survived by his father, Scott Chartier; his sisters Selena, Marcy and Destiny. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tessie Chartier, and his brother Miguel.
Matt was known for his huge heart and caring nature, his loyal friendship and many friends who cared deeply for him. He was an amazing uncle, always ready to talk, play, and share joy with his nieces. He loved video games, movies, history, nature, and animals, and he had a longtime signature style - his beloved camo shirts, worn with pride and comfort. Those who knew him will remember his kindness, his warmth, and the gentle way he made others feel understood.
Matt will be missed dearly, remembered always, and held forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
