I am thankful to have met and shared time with Phil while he was visiting his son David and family ( Stephanie and Matthew). Phil also talked with me just prior to his death and he was feeling well so we planned for me to visit him in the Spring but, regrettably this visit was not to be. May we enjoy our days and find peace and joy in our relationships with family and friends, as Phil did in his life.

Donna and all,
We are so sorry about the loss of your beloved father. I know you were so attentive and loving and that he felt this to his last day. He leaves a wonderful legacy.

Mr. Gresh was a wonderful storyteller and the much-loved father of my sister-in lawa man I first met the night before my brother's wedding. He regaled me with tales at his granddaughter's college graduation. He sent me occasional emails. Whenever I thought of him, I pictured him smiling, a spark in his eyes. The photos my brother has posted here are so beautiful and moving. We are sorry for your loss.

Phil was the paternal grandfather of my grandson Matthew Alexander Gresh who we both loved dearly.
Phil and I met before the wedding of my daughter Stephanie and his son David.
Over the years Phil and I shared the losses of both off our spouses and shared the joy of watching our grandchildren become healthy high functioning young adults.
I am thankful for the opportunity of knowing Phil. I talked right before Christmas and planned to visiting Phil in the Spring.
Phil's legacy lives on through his grandson Matthew Alexander who is a currently majoring in engineering at Baylor University. Phil's last words to me was how proud he was of Matthew being on the Dean's honor list.
