I remember when we met, just freshman at Cardinal Spellman. At first we didn't hit it off cause we sort of ruffled each other's feathers with the practical jokery we inflicted upon one another. But then it clicked and we were solid friends who would always have each other's backs. When I think of the times we had when we were young I get this pain in my heart knowing I can never call him again to reflect upon them. And yes, he did abuse substances, just as I abused them. But I lived and he didn't and I regret this cause perhaps I could have helped him. But maybe he is happy now. He's passed through the biggest mystery in life which is death and now he knows so much more than us for the time being. Maybe he's looking in on us now and then, and this is a comforting thought. Chris, I miss you and I really loved you and i really hope I'll see you again one day somehow

Thank you for everything you taught and showed me. Thank you for having my back in difficult times. Thank you for always being there to remind me there was more to life and a brighter light at the end of the dark tunnel.
To the big brother I never thought I had, you know, the kind that every kid needs and deserves...

Denise, Ben and brothers of Chris,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you today. I knew Chris mostly as an adorable tow-headed child who loved to show off his new 'bungarees' to his doting Auntie and her friends. He was a precious, much loved little guy. Love and prayers to all of you. Jeannine
