Great loss to all of us he treated you like a person not a number
Iv learned a lot from him had new commercial liscense noone wanted to give you a break
He wasn't like that even if you messed up he treated you like a person wouldn't have made it as far as I have if not for his teaching I lost both of my parents within 3 months. Of each other and it's like I lost another one he will always be remembered sorry that he's gone

Dan, We were supposed to have met and had coffee with each other at some point. I'm sorry we never got to do that. The happenings of life seemed to get in my way as they probably did with you. Jim
To the Esdale family, I am just hearing about Dan's passing today, Friday, 17 October 2025. I was in hospital myself in July as this was happening, I was not getting a lot of news from the world, so to speak. I work for USPS in transportation. Many a late night call about problems with a truck moving mail between Boston and North Reading. With his experience and knowledge we solved these issues to keep the process moving. I hope I was able to suitably serve him and DECO/Grant Rental. Mr. Esdale is one of a kind, someone not likely to be seen again. Thank you. God Bless You All. James R Tracey

Dan was a gentleman. He was giving, kind and fun to be with.
He helped so many people and was student driven for the kids and families.
It was a privilege to know and work with him on and off the ice.
You never be forgotten by all in the MSTP.
