I find it so hard to believe six years have passed since Denny was sharing his humor and knowledge with us all. By now he's met my mom who joined all those who journey to the next chapter of life nearly three years ago now. I still pray for Denny and his family every day and hope they all have moved thru their grief to just remembering the joy Denny brought. I miss you my friend...may you be having the time of your life on that boat up there! See you when I get there one day.

Jackie...I'm very sorry I was unable to attend the services Saturday...I found out too late. It has been my great honor to know Dennie all these years here at Hanscom and I will miss him as will all who know him...but I will not speak of him in the past tense because I truly believe he is still with us. He passed thru a veil we all must one day pass thru - and though we cannot see him and hear him and speak to him in the same way - he is still here with us. He will always be nearby those he loves the most...and he'll visit the rest of us too. He can still hear us and see us - and as long as he is remembered and loved he is not gone...he is just away. He is waiting for the rest of us to join him - and I'll bet he's building a big cabin and boat so he can entertain us all when we join him one day. Please know I'm here if there is anything at all you need me to help you with - if it is in my power to do so, consider it done. My deepest condolences in your sadness - time does NOT heal this - but in time it will be easier to go on - which is what Dennie wants us all to do.

I am Italia Minchello from Hanscom's Civil engeneering Department. I knew Denny from Civil engeneering and as a Union Representative. My heart agonizes over what you are all going through. There are no words other than the comfort in knowing that God is in control and He will strengthen you, hold you, and continually keep you close if you ask for it. Once again I am so sorry for your loss.

I just want to say sorry for your loss. I have only know Dennis for a short time, I worked with him at Hanscom Air Force Base. Dennis was a little rough around the edges sometimes but he loved to stay busy, and he loved his family and he loved going to the cottage in Maine. He would gladly help me if I didn't understand something, that he was working on, or if I had a problem on another piece of equipment around the base.I am sure this is true with the rest of the guys he worked with. He will truly be missed by the crew. Again Sorry for your Loss My thoughts and prayers for you all at this difficult time. he will be missed God Bless his family Paul Barker
