DeFLORIO, Gaetano 85 years of age, of Peabody, formerly of Lynnfield, passed away on December 1, 2021. Cherished son of the late Joseph and Blanche (Ferullo) DeFlorio. Devoted husband of Aurora (Caso) DeFlorio. Loving father of Gaetano DeFlorio Jr. and his fianc?e Julia De Los Santos, Pamela Nappa and her husband Gennaro and the late Joseph DeFlorio. Dear brother Rita Muse, Phyllis Sennawald, Janice DeFlorio and Emily Cerulli. Adored grandfather of Jerry Nappa Jr. and his fianc?e Meredith Chen, Bruno Nappa, Nico and Marco DeFlorio. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will honor Gaetano's life by gathering in Vazza's "Beechwood" Funeral Home, 262 Beach St., REVERE, on Friday, December 3, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. Also on Saturday, December 4, at St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield, for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in his honor, at 10:00AM. Please go directly to Church. Gaetano was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Interment will follow with Military Honors at St. Michael Cemetery in Boston.
