GILDA CECCHINI Obituary

CECCHINI, Gilda (Del Ponte) Of Somerville. Passed away peacefully on February 9th, 2016. She was 93 years old. Beloved wife of the late Alfred L. Cecchini Sr. Loving mother of Donna Anderson and her late husband Robert, of Tewksbury and Butch Cecchini, and his late wife Phyllis, of Wilmington. Loving grandmother of Krystal Anderson, Sandra Christopher, her husband Richard, and Sharon Cecchini. Loving great grandmother of Nicholas and Owen. Dear sister of Olga Beninati, Gemma Lavey and Marie DiSalvo, all of Somerville and the late Frederick & Joseph Del Ponte. Further survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Ave., NORTH CAMBRIDGE on Friday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in Saint John's Church, Cambridge at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited.
