I worked with Jacob at Market Basket and will always remember how kind, friendly, and funny he was. I was amazed at how quickly he learned the seafood counter. With his outgoing personality and great sense of humor, he was a natural at interacting with the customers and brightened the days of his co-workers. I was shocked and saddened to learn of Jacob's passing. The world has lost a great person.

Jacob, I, like the rest of your family and friends are devastated. You were such a bright light of laughter, kindness and love. A light that burned out way before its time. I'm so sorry that this world lost someone like you - trust me, we need more people like you.
Wishing you peace and rest.

I remember Jacob as a gentle young man from our days in high school. To his family and loved ones, may you find strength and peace as you mourn this terrible loss.
With deepest sympathy,

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

This book of memories is to serve as a record of the services you entrusted to us. We hope it will help to preserve treasured memories and that we, in some small measure, have helped to ease your burden and bring you comfort.

TJ and family...my prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of your husband, son and love one. Times like this, it is hard to find words of comfort. I do pray for your comfort during this loss of Jacob. I know so many good times take you back through the pages of memories, special memories. Hold on to all your precious and meaningful memories. Remember his voice, your love for one another, each other's smell, favorite foods, favorite television programs, a special song... and most of all ... all the laughter and love that came with each passing day that you shared together. Pray and be comforted. God bless you TJ and all of your amazing family. Know that I love you, and that I will always be here for you...Millie Durham aka Mom
