O'HALLORAN, John T. Age 91 yrs. (Ret. B.F.D. Eng. 36). Of Charlestown Oct. 7, 2010. Loving husband of 62 yrs. to Joan (Woodman) O'Halloran. Devoted father of Donna O'Leary & her husband Robert. John O'Halloran & his wife Jean, Kevin O'Halloran & his wife Laurie. Loving Grandfather of Katie, Bonnie, Meaghan, Bridget, Molly, Shaun, Hannah & the late Kerry & 4 Great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Beloved brother of Mary & the late William, James, Edward & Francis O'Halloran. Funeral from the Frank H. Can Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St.. CHARLESTOWN Tuesday at 9:a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church at 10:a.m. Relatives & friends are invited. Visiting hours Monday 4-8p.m. Interment at Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne. Late U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. Member of The Bunker Hill Post #26 American Legion; Bunker Hill Council #62 K. of C. & The Old Charlestown Schoolboys Association. The last time i was home,on lexington st,summer of 09,John was outside sweeping,as usual.I am lucky to have had the pleasure of talking to him for awhile.He was both a great,guy,and neighbor to me.He will be missed by all.My thoughts and prayers are with the family. mike depauw
