Remembrance
Remembrance is a golden chain
Death tries to break,
but all in vain.
To have, to love, and then to part
Is the greatest sorrow of one's heart.
The years may wipe out many things
But some they wipe out never.
Like memories of those happy times
When we were all together.

My heart is reaching out to you,
For what you’re going through;
I’m thinking of you frequently
And praying for you, too.
If there’s something I can do,
Anything at all,
Think of me thinking of you,
And don’t hesitate to call.

He'd like the memory of him
to be a happy one.
He'd like to leave an afterglow
of smiles when life is done.
He'd like to leave an echo
whispering softly down the ways,
of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
He'd like the tears of those who
grieve, to dry before the sun
Rather remember the memories that he left of all he had said and done.
I love you and miss you Guppie and you will always be in my heart!! Please always watch over me!!

As you've gone first
And I remain
To walk the road alone,
I live in happy memories
of the days that we have
known
We've had so much
happiness,
We've had our cup of joy,
And memory is one gift of
God that death cannot destroy.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love Aunt Gert

My heart goes out to you all, even though we didn't see much of each other, I never forgot that Uncle Johnny was my godfather, as Aunt Bernice was my godmother, but the best of all was that Uncle Johnny and I shared something special and that was the same birthday. With all my love, Cindi

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there. I did not die.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
