MICHAEL MCLAUGHLIN Obituary

McLAUGHLIN, Michael J. Passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Beverly Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary E. (Harrington) McLaughlin. Born in Medford, he was the son of the late John and Eileen (Mahoney) McLaughlin. Michael was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Revere and then attended Suffolk University in Boston. He worked in retail as a manager for Zayre's and Ames Department stores and then as a Counter Representative for the Warren Five Savings and the TD Bank North banks until his retirement. During high school and college, he was a member of the Immaculate Conception Drum & Bugle Corp and the 27th Lancers Drum & Bugle Corp. Was an avid follower of the drum and bugle corps events traveling throughout the country as a participant and a fan. Michael is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Dellisola and her husband Michael of Beverly; nephew Michael J. Dellisolla and his wife Rita; niece Susan M. Furtado and her husband Joseph; grandnephews James Dellisola, Derek Dellisola and David Furtado; and grandnieces Erica Dellisola and Jessica Furtado. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to a charity of your choice. Arrangements by Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, BEVERLY.
