July 5, 1944-June 9, 2012
Passed away on Saturday. A free spirit who is more free now. Survived by mother, Bridgete, brothers, Robert, Raymond, Kenneth and David, children, Zachary, Joseph, Benjamin and Priscilla. Services will be held on Monday, June 18th, at St. Ann's, 50 Thurston St., Somerville.

Dear Mitchell Family, we join you in our thoughts as you go through this tough time with the death of your dear "P"TA". Met him fifty years ago when he and his wife Mague came to visit us in Chicago. If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. Im gald we all had the time together just to laugh and see the you in your face while spending time with your children and Grandchild fullfilled my heart. I know in spirit you will always be there with us until we meet again.

Uncle Peter, I will always remember the laughs we had at Nana's in Onset..Especially when you told me your a little bit Country and I am a little bit Rock and roll !! :) I know you will be smiling down on all of us !!
