Phyllis was one of the loveliest ladies ever and a great wife to my cousin Patsy. They were truly a great couple and fabulous dancers! I loved watching them dance at all the Donegal Balls and all the weddings. My Dad, Frank McDevitt and my Mom Neliie always raved about Patsy and Phyllis.
