I think Rita formerly worked at Hood's Milk in Somerville. If she is the person I am thinking of, she was the nicest lady and kept everything running in the copier room. Dittos were so messy to work with, but she did her best. Did she also own a cottage down in Wareham? If so, my mother-in-law was across the road from her.
