STONE, Sandra D. Of Naples, FL, died on September 2, 2024, surrounded by her loving children. Born on April 8, 1933 in Bridgeport, Conn, Sandy was the third child of Sam and Sadie Diengott. She was a consummate baker and a pillar of strength at Temple Shalom of Naples. She served as their Temple President, Sisterhood President and was heavily involved in many fundraising efforts there. She was a loyal, loving mother, and friend to all who had the privilege of being in her presence. From her curiosity about your life to her tendency to want to feed everyone she cared about, all left her feeling full. She was the glue that held her family together. She was preceded in death by her siblings Fred Diengott and Barbara Rubin, and her loving husbands Hugh Stone and John Woog. She leaves her children Stephen Stone and Nancy Conklin-Stone, Linda Stone Fish and Ron Fish, Joshua Stone, Beth and Gabi Feldman, Daniel Stone and Chai Suksinpaiboon. She was a doting grandmother to Jessica and Matt Stowe, Isaac Stone Fish, Alexandra and Sean Thies, Aarlo Stone Fish, Sophie Stone, Hughie and Jessica Stone Fish, Amelia and David Neiterman, Avery Stone Fish, Elijah Stone and Lucas Stone. She was also the loving great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren. She will stay in our hearts forever.
