THOMAS STEVEN DWAN III

DWAN, Thomas Steven III Age 78 of Nahant, MA, passed away very peacefully at home surrounded by his family on December 14. Tom is survived by his son Kevin Michael Dwan; daughter-in-law Rebecca Heng Yun Woo, and son-in-law Terence Fracassa. He was the beloved grandfather to Kiera, Claire, Brendan, and Erinn. Close cousin to RJ Valentine; brother to CJ Beringer and Mark Beringer; brother-in-law to Suzie; and uncle to John, Emily, Will, and Jessica; in-laws and friends with Marilyn DeAvilla, John Hawko, Karen Hawko, and Mike Caggiano; and uncle to Amy, Eric, Greg, Brian, and Meg. He was loved and will be missed. He is preceded in death by his daughter Alison Erinn Fracassa; father Thomas Steven Dwan Jr.; mother Giovana Celi; stepfather Chuck Beringer; aunt Mildred Crowley; and daughter-in-law Sabrina Dwan. Tom was a college graduate of Norwich, completed a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Cornell, and finally graduated with an MBA from the Harvard Business School. After school and military service he went on to a variety of business positions, but in his later years Tom relished his most important and joyful role ever...as grandpa. Visiting Hours: Services will be a 9am viewing followed by an 11am Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 22, both at St. Thomas Aquinas in Nahant.
