Alex Dunlap Obituary

Alex Dunlap Sr., 85, of Palmetto, died Oct. 6, 2003. Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 17, 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1700 1st Ave. E., Palmetto. Service is at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 18, at Ward Temple A.M.E. Church, 1005 5th St. W., Bradenton. Born in Bushnell, Mr. Dunlap was self-employed. He was in the U.S. Army in WWII. He is survived by his sons, Alex, Jr., Gary and Joey, all of Palmetto; daughters, Elouise Jones, St. Petersburg, Ozetta Thomas, Palmetto, and Merrisser McCutchen, Colorado Springs, CO; sisters, Ellen Baker, Rochester, NY and Leola Evans, Bradenton.
