Bruce,Cathie,Ashley,TJ, Stacey, Katey, and the entire family,
We are so sorry for your loss. David was such a genuine man, who will be missed dearly. He was such an inspiration to all of us. David was a great friend. We are so glad that we got to know all of you and had the pleasure of playing softball with such a wonderful guy. We know David is in the kingdom of Our Lord and one day we will meet again. David's love for not only his Family and friends, but for GOD was so great that he will never be forgotten with all the lives that he touched in so many ways. David sure did touch our hearts not only on the softball field, but at church as well. We love you all and again so sorry for your loss. Love The Entire Potter Family

Dear Pastor Bruce, Cathie, Rachel and Ashley,
You have been in my thoughts and prayers throughout this past week. What a profound loss for each of you, especially his children, as well as all who knew him. My thoughts went back to David planting that flower garden in the rain without complaint, even with 26" of rain that month. And to his coming of age celebration, softball and so much more. We rest in knowing he is in a much better place and one day we will see him again. May the Lord encompass all of you as only He can with His peace which truly passes all understanding. Love and prayers,
sharon kersey

Bruce, Cathy, Ashley and Rachel,
Words cannot express our feelings of sympathy at this time. Remembering David as a high school senior when first we met at New Hope. Sending our sincere condolences at this tragic time. We will see him again some day in Heaven!!!! What an assurance that is.
