David E. Zeller

David E. Zeller, Bradenton, Fla., passed away June 21, 2005. He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He served his country in The United States Air Force completing three tours in Vietnam, where he was twice awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, a Bronze Star, and a Purple Heart. He moved to Bradenton, in 1978, where he rekindled his love affair with Harleys. Dave was a firefighter, in Bradenton, from 1979 -1995. Dave was known around the station as "Pop Z". He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Zeller. He is survived by his father, Herbert Zeller; his daughters, Dana Zeller and Tina Vining, and son-in-law Tim Vining; his brothers, Michael Zeller, Larry Zeller, and David Young; sister-in-law, Melissa Zeller; his grandsons, Ryan Miles and Adam Vining; nieces, Shannon Zeller Farley and Stacy Zeller and his beloved Sandra. Memorial Services will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1616 59th Street West, at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2005.
