Keith Jacob Obituary

Keith Duane Jacob, age 83, passed away Thursday at the Bradenton Health Care Center in Bradenton. Mr. Jacob was born in Saginaw, Michigan and moved to the Bradenton area in 1990 from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before his retirement he worked for over 40 years as an Electronic Engineer for companies such as Multielmac, and Bendix. He also owned and operated Jacob Electronics. He was a graduate of the University of Michigan and he was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was also a former member of the Ann Arbor Loyal Order of the Moose. Keith will be remembered by his friends and loved ones as an avid golfer, that played every chance he got. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Rosemary; son John (Carol) Jacob of Columbus, Ohio; daughters – Kimberly (Justin) Bree of Bradenton and Barbara Jacob of Ypsilanti, Michi-gan; five grandchildren – Michael, Alexandra, Cynthia, John and Joseph; and one great-grandchild – Carmen. A memorial service is planned for 12:30p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Skyway Memorial Gardens Chapel of Peace with inurnment immedi-ately following in the Cemetery. Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Leesburg, Florida has been entrusted with all arrangements.

It's a sad loss. Mr. Jacob was a fine gentleman. 100's of children were welcomed into his home as he and his wife are/were very loving and generous parents. I will never forget Mr. J.
