Jeffrey Sherwin Obituary
Jeff was born in Bradford on April 27, 1955, to the late Bruce H. and Betty J. Duncan Sherwin.
On June 18, 1983, he married his best friend and love of his life, Karen L. Crouse Sherwin, who survives.
Jeff was an amazing husband and father to his children and extended children, Katie, Nicole, Chris, Hannah, and Josh Sherwin. They will treasure the memories every day of their lives with their dad.
Jeff graduated from Bradford Area Senior High School in 1973, receiving many awards for his musical talent.
Jeff played drums professionally for John David's Mood, then went on to the FBI as a fingerprint specialist. He then finished his working career with Topline Corporation, devoting 33 years of service.
Jeff was also actively involved in Hill Memorial Church, playing drums and singing on special occasions and weddings. He cherished his time with his church family.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 39 years, Karen L. Crouse Sherwin; his children: Katelyn Sherwin, Nicole Alter, Christopher (Hannah) Sherwin, and Joshua Sherwin; his granddaughter, Norah Gene Sweitzer; Mother-in-law, Betty Crouse; Brother-in-law, David (Patty) Crouse; Sister-in-law, Ginny Crouse; and several nieces and nephews, including one grandnephew.
He is also survived by Kelley (Tim) Roff, Julie (Jim) Zimbardi, Penny Beiler, Denise (Jeff) Dallape, Steven Smith, and his amazing friends, James and Lynda Rhee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Lori Sherwin, father-in-law, Donald Crouse, brother-in-law, Kevin Crouse, an aunt and uncle, Bill and Joyce Stark, and cousin, Christy Smith.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022 at the Hill Memorial Church with Pastor Jay Tennies officiating.
The family requests all memorials be made to Hill Memorial Church.
The Mascho Funeral Home Inc., is assisting the family.

Many great memories of traveling with Jeff and getting his vocals to come in through his monitors as he played drums for Rapid Transit. Beautiful Voice and a class act. Practicing in his parents basement was some of my fondest memories.

I know that Jeff's life touched many, he was a kind person, loved his family and his fellow man - I know that the band in heaven picked up a great drummer! I cherish the memories I shared with him and others when we were all younger, we still talk of them today. God Bless him and all of his family and friends.

So sorry for your loss. God gave him the perfect healing. It is a difficult road, but God will see you through. Jim passed last November, and I am in TN with my son and if it weren't for God, I would have not made this far. I can just picture Jim and Jeff talking over the good ole days.
