Entered into rest September 24, 2022.Derrick leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Desiree and Marvin aka "Zeke", one son Mikhai, life partner Alicia and her son Donovan and a host of family and friends. Services will be held at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 66 Wasson St., Lackawanna, NY, Monday, October 3rd. Public Visitation 5 PM - 7 PM Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Wake 11 AM, Service 12 Noon. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery. Arrangements by Alan R. Core Funeral Home, 1933 Kensington Avenue. Online condolences may be shared at
